WEAR YOUR LIFE JACKET AT WORK DAY
Each year, the third Friday in May is Wear Your Life Jacket to Work Day, immediately followed by National Safe Boating Week the third Saturday – Friday. Wear your life jacket, snap a picture while at work and share on social media with the hashtags #wearyourlifejacketatworkday and #safeboating. NATIONAL SAFE BOATING WEEK
Each year the third Saturday in May starts National Safe Boating Week, the kick-off of the annual Safe Boating Campaign. It runs through the following Friday to serve as an important boating safety reminder before the Memorial Day weekend. The Safe Boating Campaign continues throughout the year with various events and activities. Any of the resources on this webpage may be used to support your local outreach efforts.
