Duck Boat Swamps Leaving 3 men, Dog in Freezing Utah Lake

Dispatchers received a call at approximately 8:50 a.m. from a man who said he, his two friends and a dog were in trouble after high winds came and hail began to fall. The man said he and his friends were all wearing life jackets in chest-deep water.
