Pasco County Deputy Rescues 5 Men From Capsized Boat
Saved by the Jacket
They were soaking wet – but they weren’t hurt. Five men were saved on Saturday, after their small boat capsized in the Gulf of Mexico. The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office said the group was about 15 miles off shore when they called for help. Thankfully, they all had life jackets, and deputies say this is a good reminder to always have safety gear with you on the water. The U.S. Coast Guard assisted in the rescue operation, which was all captured on Cpl. Mitch Bollenbacher’s body camera.
