Four Rescued after Boat Capsizes off Key Biscayne

Four people were rescued by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and the US Coast Guard after their boat capsized near Key Biscayne Monday morning. According to video, the boaters were found in the water and rescuers were able to throw them personal floatation devices attached to a line to bring them in safely.
