Fishermen Escape Overturned Boat in Willamette River

Two fishermen escaped an overturned boat after they struck a submerged root wad, causing their boat to capsize. One of the fishermen was fortunate to have been wearing a life jacket when he was swept about a half mile downstream in the cold water.
