2 Rescued on James River after Canoe Capsizes

Saved by the Jacket
Two people were rescued on the James River Thursday after their canoe capsized. A man and woman lost their food and water when their boat flipped about 11 a.m. in Botetourt County.
The man and woman were passing through on a month-long journey, according to Beckner. Both were wearing life jackets.
