Summer 2021 will be here before we know it, and the National Safe Boating Council is gearing up for another very busy boating season. Following are a few reminders as to what is currently available to partners through the Safe Boating Campaign.
- Wear Your Life Jacket at Work Day is coming! We encourage all boaters to participate in Wear Your Life Jacket at Work Day on May 21, 2021, the day before National Safe Boating Week. No matter where boaters are safely working, they can join in the fun by wearing their life jacket and posting creative pictures on social media for a chance to win a prize.
- National Safe Boating Week is May 22-28, 2021. The Safe Boating Campaign kicks off the weekend before Memorial Day with National Safe Boating Week and continues throughout the year with various events and activities. Help promote safe boating behavior in your community by planning outreach events and using our free campaign resources.
- Our Summer Partner Toolkit is now available! This FREE toolkit includes talking points, suggested social media posts, template press announcements, fact sheets, videos, images, and more.
- Later this month, campaign swag box sets will be available for just the cost of shipping and handling. Boxes will include outdoor signs reminding folks to wear a life jacket, dry bags, stickers, pins, wrist bands, neck gaiters, and more.
- FREE Brochure box sets are available while supplies last through the NSBC store.
