Canoe Capsizes at Lake Wissota State Park

Saved by the Jacket

Strong winds and wave activity on the lake capsized the canoe. One of the women was able to swim to shore, while the other was rescued after emergency personnel threw her a rope. Neither needed medical attention. Both were wearing life jackets.
