2 Men Rescued after their Fishing Boat Sank off Jersey Shore coast

“The crew’s use of their emergency equipment helped Coast Guard search crews locate them quickly and prevent loss of life today,” Sector Delaware Bay Command Duty Officer David Umberger said in a statement. “The Coast Guard encourages all boaters to properly register EPIRB devices to their vessels to aid search efforts during emergencies.” Both men were taken safely to land after their rescue.
